Returns and refunds

Thank you for choosing Noisenull noise-canceling earbuds! If you are not satisfied with our product or encounter any problems, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Conditions
Return Period: You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition: The returned product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging, including all original tags and accessories.

Refund Request: Please submit a return request via our customer service email address, providing your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, you will need to return the product to the designated address. Return shipping costs will be borne by Noisenull (only in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days and return the funds to your original payment method.

3. Exceptions
The following situations are not subject to the return policy:

Products older than the 30-day return/exchange period.
